Must have skills :   

• Min 3 to 8+ yrs of strong experience in UI Development.    

• Good proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript    

• Good Testing Framework experience in Cypress and JEST    

Requirements  :

• 8+ years of proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• They should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.  

• Frontend Engineers must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs.

•  They should be able to implement designs provided by UX/UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and color. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development.  

• Problem-solving and critical thinking: Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface. 

• They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them.  

• They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring. Communication and soft skills: Engineer should be able to work with different stakeholders (product manager, tech leads, and UX), and able to articulate the requirements and their work.  

• Engineer should be flexible while working with team and initiatives
