Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in analytics engineering or analytics-focused data roles.
Expert SQL, solid Python.
Strong experience in semantic data modeling, documentation, and ABAC on data products.
3+ years hands-on with dbt (models, macros, tests, exposures).
Experience with Amazon Redshift (Serverless) and/or Athena.
5+ years designing data architectures using medallion architecture.
Strong experience with GitHub, CI/CD, YAML, Jinja.
Proven ability in metric governance, change management, and stakeholder enablement.
